[Remote] Appointment Setter (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 7 Figure Dojo is an international strategic coaching and marketing agency that helps martial arts schools and service-based businesses scale to seven figures and beyond. They are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to ensure a steady stream of qualified appointments for their Program Advisors, enabling them to assist more business owners worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to leads in a timely, professional manner
• Engage prospects in natural, confident conversations to qualify interest and set appointments
• Enter accurate notes, updates, and follow-up tasks into our CRM
• Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximize show rates
• Collaborate closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversions

Skills

• Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily outreach quotas
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and consistent follow-through
• Ability to work remotely with accountability for hitting targets
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
