Drowsy Sleep Co. is a fast-growing luxury sleep brand on a mission to elevate nightly routines through beautifully designed, high-quality products. They are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Sales, US, manage day-to-day sales operations, and drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage wholesale orders across systems
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts, orders, and inventory availability
- Assist in onboarding new wholesale accounts
- Serve as a key point of contact for US wholesale partners
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding orders, products, and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Support the Head of Sales in account management and follow-ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track KPIs across wholesale performance, order volume, and account growth
- Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy across systems
- Assist in forecasting and identifying growth opportunities
- Research and identify prospective wholesale partners and retail accounts
- Build and maintain lead lists for outreach
- Support outbound sales efforts and follow-up communications
- Help grow Drowsy’s footprint across key US retail channels
- Assist in planning and execution of trade shows and industry events
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and product samples
- Support on-site (when required) with booth setup and customer engagement
- Manage post-show follow-ups and lead tracking
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with order management systems, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or similar tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods
- Exposure to trade shows or events
- Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands
