About the Role

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in growing our third-party seller ecosystem. This position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that expand our product selection, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our platform.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global trends, and competitive activities. Continuously monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to join our platform through direct sales outreach, virtual events, and compelling presentations that showcase the value of partnering with arenaflex.

  • Seller Enablement: Guide sellers through the onboarding process by sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve exceptional delivery standards, superior customer experiences, and their business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong partner relationships.

  • Strategic Planning: Execute GTM strategies that attract key marketplace players, maximize our product selection, and expand our customer base across the USA and beyond.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies that drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling approaches.

  • Market Expansion Skills: Experience promoting nascent products or services into new markets is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced communication and presentation abilities, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office programs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and remain highly enthusiastic about success and winning.

  • Business Acumen: Strong business judgment with excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively.
