They are seeking an ambitious, self-starter to join their team as an Account Coordinator, providing critical administrative support and maintaining relationships with national media.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with national media
  • Compile and distribute monthly PR reports
  • Track, maintain, and secure clips
  • Update and maintain client assets
  • Build and update media lists
  • Formulate internal agendas and client meeting agendas
  • Initiate press release formulation and edit drafts as necessary

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous internship or PR agency experience
  • Great sense of humor
  • Valid passport
