Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Telehealth) – $30–$36/hr | Flexible 20–32 hrs/wk

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is hiring experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling for our growing telehealth client base.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling — perfect for dietitians looking to make a meaningful impact from home.

Position Overview
• Hours: 20–40 per week, based on patient scheduling and your availability
• Location: Fully remote, telehealth-based
• Pay: $30–$36/hour (commensurate with experience)
• Flexibility: Build your own schedule within core telehealth hours
• Support: Collaborative team so you can focus on patient care

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable weight management
• Conduct virtual consultations, assess nutrition needs, and develop personalized care plans
• Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle improvements
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans for positive outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive client support
• Document accurately and on time in our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Participate in team communications and occasional administrative tasks

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (accredited program)
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient, weight management, or related settings
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based weight management principles
• Proficient with telehealth technology and EHR platforms
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Preferred: Certifications in weight management, behavior change counseling, or motivational interviewing
