Regional Sales Manager, TOLA & Great Lakes

We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our team as Regional Sales Manager for TOLA and Great Lakes. In addition to requisite passion, skills, and experience, they should have a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and demonstrated expertise in building and leading high performing sales organizations. What We're Looking For – Someone who thinks the following is a cake walk: 

1. Build and manage an account base within the given territory, Enterprise customer base. 
2. Define, develop, and execute strategic capture plan for each major customer with support of Blackwood VP of Commercial Sales
3. Work in concert with sales operations, PMO, and Engineering teams to develop and drive opportunities 
4. Customer satisfaction focused style with an emphasis on landing and expanding within the territory 
5. Provide timely and accurate forecast updates and execute aggregate plans that deliver target revenue and bookings
6. Build / Strengthen / Manage Partner (OEM) Relationships
7. Oversight and management of dedicated Account Executive
8. Meet/Exceed Quarterly Linearity and Annual Goals
9. Maintain fluency and remain current on technology / industry trends
10. Comfortable operating in a hands-off management structure
11. Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Blackwood’s Core Values and reputation – generating a positive image of our organization to the market
12. Basic understanding of pertinent State contracts / purchasing vehicles 

Basic Qualifications

1. US Citizen    
2. Willingness to permit a Background Check              
3. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience                                   
4. Reputation of operating with strong ethics and integrity
5. Desire and ability to learn new COTS Technologies                  
6. Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills      
7. Strong Time Management Skills           
8. Passion to Hustle and Have fun                                                    

Additional Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales  
2. Prior Experience selling Information Technology Products and/or Services
3. Proven Track Record of Quota Attainment
4. Familiarity/Background with target accounts preferred.
