We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southwest Region (MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM TX, OK,) Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Considered Applicants must reside in the Southwest region of the United States to be considered for this remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
