Regional Sales Manager – Southeast (Remote)

This is a remote-based position, ideally located within the Southeastern United States, with regional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional sales business plan to achieve defined targets and growth objectives
Own accountability for achieving short-term (18-month rolling) revenue, pricing, and business development goals
Manage and expand the territory by identifying target accounts and engaging key technical decision-makers
Drive business intelligence activities, including analysis of competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, and industry dynamics
Lead, manage, and develop independent sales representatives to optimize territory performance
Consistently follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active customers
Maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth
This role requires approximately 50% travel, primarily within the Southeastern United States.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven success in quota attainment and sales forecasting
Strong financial and business acumen
Relationship building and client management expertise
Technical sales experience, preferably in OEM environments
Contract negotiation and deal management skills
Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and standard business software
Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of successful experience in a high-value sales or sales management role, preferably within the U.S. market
Demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic thinking and a proactive, “hunter” mentality
Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to operate effectively in uncertain or evolving environments
Collaborative leadership style with a strong customer focus
A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering—or equivalent technical experience—is preferred. Experience in industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries is a strong advantage.
A valid driver’s license is required.
