</div><div>We are expanding rapidly and seeking a driven <strong>Regional Sales Manager</strong> to build and grow our dealer network while developing commercial sales opportunities.<br><br>

<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for <strong>developing new dealer relationships</strong>, growing existing accounts, and driving <strong>commercial project sales</strong> within an assigned region. This is a <strong>hunter + relationship builder role</strong> with strong income potential.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new <strong>dealers, distributors, and partners</strong>
</li>
<li>Manage and grow an existing book of business</li>
<li>Develop and close <strong>commercial opportunities</strong> (builders, contractors, hospitality, etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, and training</li>
<li>Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management</li>
<li>Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and project execution</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3+ years of <strong>B2B sales experience</strong> (building products, outdoor living, construction, or similar preferred)</li>
<li>Proven ability to <strong>prospect and close new business</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>dealers or distribution networks</strong> strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales Regional independently</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regularly within assigned Regional</li>
