Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across a defined territory, with a focus on healthcare and language solutions. This role leads strategic sales efforts by identifying target accounts, building relationships with executive stakeholders, and advancing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
The position requires a consultative, data-driven sales approach, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs analysis to position solutions that deliver measurable value. The Senior Regional Sales Director partners cross-functionally to align client strategies with business objectives and achieve revenue, pipeline, and market expansion goals.
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Open to Remote (Central Time Zone preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quota targets
Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts and key decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders
Lead full sales cycle activities including discovery, solution alignment, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and contract negotiations
Pipeline & Territory Management
Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to support revenue targets
Advance opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle with clear next steps and urgency
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and account tracking
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
Conduct needs analysis and discovery conversations to understand client challenges and objectives
Position healthcare staffing and language solutions aligned to cost, quality, and operational goals
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to influence purchasing decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Business Development, GPOs, Marketing) to align go-to-market strategies
Collaborate on proposals, pricing strategies, and client solutions to maximize value and win rates
Market Growth & Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand market share and service adoption within assigned territory
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

Education & Years of Experience
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED and 9–12 years of relevant experience
Required Experience
Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare services, or B2B sales
Proven success in quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles
Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships
Experience leading full-cycle sales (prospecting through close)
Preferred Experience
Experience in language services or language solutions sales
Experience selling into health systems, hospitals, or large healthcare organizations
Familiarity with GPOs or healthcare procurement processes
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$101,000 - $126,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
