Regional Manager - West

About the Role:
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales growth and market expansion of AROA’s products within your territory. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and build strong partnerships with clinicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and distributors. This is a leadership role where your ability to combine strategy, people leadership, and relationship management will directly impact business success and patient care.

• Preferred to be based in Phoenix AZ, Denver CO, or California

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets

Identify new opportunities and optimize market positioning

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and key stakeholders

Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams

Represent AROA at industry events and conferences

Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical standards

Lead by example through regular field engagement, providing coaching and strategic support to the sales team in operating room and clinical settings

About You

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in the medical device industry

At least 2 years in a leadership or management role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams

Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment

Inspiring leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams

Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills

Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes
