About This Opportunity
We're looking for a contract Reddit Growth Specialist with a genuine, hands-on understanding of how Reddit operates — not a generalist social media manager, but someone with demonstrated experience building traction on the platform for real products.
The initial focus is ScrollToll — an app that blocks addictive platforms like Instagram and TikTok until users complete a physical exercise. The objective is to establish Reddit as a credible organic growth channel through authentic community engagement, not promotional shortcuts. Strong performance here leads directly to an extended engagement across additional products we are actively building.
This is a contract engagement paid on an hourly basis.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify high-value subreddits for each product based on audience fit, community health, and posting norms
• Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy that aligns with Reddit culture and community expectations
• Build karma and establish credibility within relevant communities through consistent, value-driven participation
• Exercise sound judgment on when to post, when to engage in comments, and when to observe
• Measure and report on performance without relying on methods that signal promotional intent
• Monitor subreddit rules and moderator behavior proactively to maintain standing across communities
• Adapt voice, tone, and approach per subreddit — what performs in one community may be unwelcome in another

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience driving product or brand growth through Reddit — with results and examples to back it up
• Strong command of Reddit culture, community dynamics, and what separates content that gains traction from content that gets flagged
• Ability to craft posts and comments that read as genuine contributions, not marketing material
• Clear understanding of how to build a sustainable Reddit presence without tactics that carry long-term risk
• Familiarity with how community rules, mod culture, and platform behavior vary significantly across subreddits

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in fitness, productivity, or self-improvement communities on Reddit
• Familiarity with Reddit Ads as a complement to an organic strategy
• Experience managing Reddit growth across multiple products or brands simultaneously
• Understanding of how Reddit presence contributes to broader SEO and organic visibility

Professional Maturity

• Understands that sustainable Reddit growth is built on genuine contribution, not volume or shortcuts
• Communicates results and setbacks clearly and without embellishment
• Identifies opportunities and flags risks proactively, without waiting to be asked
• Approaches each subreddit as a distinct community with its own culture and expectations

Compensation
Monthly Earning Potential: 50,000 – 130,000 PKR/month based on hours worked. You are paid for every hour you work, tracked and verified through our standard time-tracking process, with payments made on a regular cycle. Duration and extension depend on project needs and performance.

Work Environment
Remote First — Work from wherever you're most productive.
Flexible Hours — Availability between 6pm and 12am PKT is required for team overlap and collaboration.
Direct Collaboration — You'll work closely with the product and growth team with short feedback loops and quick decision-making.
