Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist

The Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist is a full-time salaried role and is part of our Talent Acquisition team. This position provides the highest level of customer service in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review, phone screens, tracking and organizing data, posting positions on job boards, offer letters and working with Human Resources (HR) and the location team representatives to expedite the onboarding process for new team members.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position

Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, internal and external candidate mining, boolean searches, and internal and external referrals

Responsible for ensuring quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

Ensure proper record keeping in ATS system such as interview notes, candidate disposition, hiring manager and candidate communication, and open roles

Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening Resumes

Phone screening and qualifying candidates

Schedule interviews

Send out all bulk candidate communication (e.g. contact email, rejection emails, text messaging, IM messaging) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)

Post all job ads

Exercise discretion and judgment in HR matters, policy interpretation and conflict resolution

Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
