Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through data-driven insights? Do you thrive on uncovering meaningful patterns in complex datasets that can shape the future of medical treatments? arenaflex is seeking a talented and motivated Real World Evidence (RWE) Information Researcher to join our dynamic Clinical Data Science team. This is a remarkable opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise while making a tangible impact on patient outcomes and healthcare decision-making across the biopharmaceutical industry.

At arenaflex, we believe that data holds the key to unlocking better treatments, improving patient care, and driving innovation in healthcare. As part of our Logical Issues group, you will be at the forefront of generating Real World Evidence through cutting-edge research and innovative methodologies in the clinical trials space. Your work will directly influence both internal and external decision-making through the use of creative data science and technology. This is not just a job – it's a chance to be part of something bigger, to contribute to meaningful research that affects millions of lives worldwide.

What You'll Do

As an Information Researcher – RWE at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our mission to advance healthcare through evidence-based insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

You will work with diverse data sources to extract meaningful insights that drive actionable conclusions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various members of the arenaflex Clinical Trial team to deliver meaningful insights from real-world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests. This includes analyzing unmet needs, safety and efficacy of treatments in specific disease states, treatment patterns, and healthcare economic burden.

  • Data Management: Clean, transform, and store data into a structured data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization. You will ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.

  • Statistical Analysis: Perform data mining and statistical analysis to analyze RWE/Real World Data (RWD) to discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment outcomes. You will apply advanced statistical techniques to uncover hidden patterns and correlations.

  • Capability Development: Support the development of real-world data, analysis, and platform capabilities by applying advanced analytics and tools to answer scientific questions from biopharmaceutical organizations.

  • Research Collaboration: Collaborate on the design and execution of outcomes research studies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research quality and relevance.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, rigorous, and readily interpretable outputs from RWE studies and investigations. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the credibility and reliability of our research.

  • Reporting and Visualization: Build dashboards, analyses, and reports for both internal and external use, effectively communicating complex findings to diverse audiences.

  • Vendor Evaluation: Conduct due diligence on new real-world data providers and vendors, and drive RWD quality assessments to inform investment decisions.
