Position Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will speak directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property.

Your role is to:
• Build rapport with homeowners
• Analyze seller situations
• Present creative solutions
• Negotiate contracts
• Work with our support team to move deals toward closing

Compensation
• 30% Commission Split

• Top performers can earn $80,000 - $100,000 (part time)

Schedule

We are open to both:

Part-Time
• Approximately 5 hours per day
• Great for someone transitioning from another sales role

Full-Time
• Full sales schedule
• Higher lead volume
• Greater earning potential

Many team members begin part-time and transition to full-time after 4-6 months once they are comfortable with the role and income opportunity.
