Theia Real Estate is a fast-growing, boutique real estate platform focused on curated property investments, fractional ownership, and end-to-end deal execution. We work closely with brokers, investors, and property owners to unlock high-quality opportunities across Jaipur and beyond.



Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Sourcing & Broker Management



  • Source high-quality property deals through an active broker network

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers

  • Continuously expand Theia’s broker ecosystem

2. Owner Coordination & Lead Management



  • Connect with property owners looking to sell

  • Understand property details and onboard them into the system

  • Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships

3. Deal & Property Documentation



  • Design and create professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks

  • Draft and manage property-related documents and deal material

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and client-ready

4. Inventory Management



  • Take ownership of Theia’s property inventory database

  • Track listings, land details, pricing, and availability status

  • Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools

5. Operational Support



  • Assist in streamlining internal workflows

  • Coordinate between brokers, owners, and internal teams

  • Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or operations

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships

  • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused mindset

  • Base Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
