</div><div>Real 3D Space is looking for a skilled Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our production team. This role focuses entirely on on-site capture - no editing, retouching, or post-processing required. Our in-house editors handle all post-production, so you can focus on what you do best: shooting great content.<br><br>
</div><div>$17 - $35 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Capture high-quality photos, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and 3D scans of residential and commercial properties.</li>
<li>Represent Real 3D Space on-site with professionalism and great communication.</li>
<li>Upload all media to our edit team the same day as the shoot.</li>
<li>Maintain company-provided equipment, including mirrorless camera, drone, and Matterport cameras.</li>

<li>A fully managed workflow; we handle scheduling, editing, delivery, and billing.</li>

</div><div>Most shoots take place Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with occasional weekend work.<br><br>
</div><div>Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>FAA Part 107 Drone License</li>
<li>Strong eye for composition and detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Basic computer and fast internet access for file upload</li>
<li>Professional, punctual, self-motivated, and efficient</li>

<li>Experience with shooting video</li>
