We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Lead to join our growing Revenue Cycle team. This role serves as a key partner to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and combines analytics, process improvement, and team leadership responsibilities.

About the Role
The Revenue Cycle Management Lead will serve as the right hand to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, helping drive operational excellence, reporting, process improvement, and team success across the organization.
This role is ideal for a revenue cycle professional who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving workflows, and supporting the development of others. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to a team of two while partnering with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship to a team of two revenue cycle team members
Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Monitor billing, collections, denials, and payer performance
Partner with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and business insights
Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and reporting activities
Assist with workflow optimization and process improvement efforts
Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects
Collaborate with operational, compliance, and technology teams to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
3+ years of dental and/or orthodontic revenue cycle experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to coach, support, or lead others in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dentrix Ascend, Ortho2Edge, OrthoBanc, Zentist, Gaidge, or similar platforms
Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or reporting functions
Experience leading projects, training team members, or serving as a subject matter expert
