Job Description

Paramint LLC is seeking a QA & Security Specialist to ensure the quality, performance, and security of RHY Connect, a public-facing enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance
• Develop test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Perform system integration and user acceptance testing

Security & Compliance
• Conduct security testing (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning)
• Support compliance with security assurance processes

Performance Testing
• Execute stress, load, and performance testing
• Validate system reliability and scalability

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of QA/testing experience
• Experience with enterprise application testing
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies
• Experience with performance testing

Desirable Skills / Experience
• Experience with compliance-heavy or public sector systems
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility testing
• Experience with Power Platform

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
