QA Engineer (Moto loan)

Justification
We are hiring a QA Engineer to support the Motoloan product. The role will help maintain product quality across mobile applications, backend services, and customer-facing workflows as the product continues to grow and evolve.
What you'll be responsible for
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for mobile applications, APIs, and related backend services

Perform manual testing of new features, product changes, and customer-facing workflows

Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear recommendations for resolution

Build and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test reports

Support regression testing activities across releases and product updates

Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and quality assurance processes within the team

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle

Identify opportunities to improve testing approaches, coverage, and overall QA effectiveness

What we need
3+ years of experience in software testing

Experience with mobile application and API testing

Hands-on experience with Postman, XCode, or similar testing tools

Strong SQL knowledge, including joins, filtering, and data validation

Experience working with test management systems such as TestOps, TestRail, or similar

Experience using traffic analysis and debugging tools such as Proxyman, Charles, or Fiddler

Ability to document and communicate defects, risks, and technical issues clearly and concisely

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to have
Experience testing lending, financial, or payment products

Experience working in microservice-based environments

Basic understanding of test automation practices
