We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk to join our team within the Facilities and Testing Department. This is a temporary role not to exceed 12 weeks, offering valuable experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organization's success.

Position Overview

As a Property Coordinator and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and supporting our facilities operations. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Document Preparation and Organization: Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all materials are properly organized and ready for processing.

  • Data Accuracy Verification: Check source documents for accuracy and verify data to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.

  • Information Transcription: Accurately transcribe information from source documents into required electronic formats, databases, and forms.

  • Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintaining high quality standards.

  • Information Retrieval: Respond to requests for information and access relevant files efficiently to support team operations.

  • Database Management: Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms using proper formatting and procedures.

  • Inventory Support: Assist with inventory processes and understand proper tracking procedures for organizational assets.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Perform other duties as required to support the Facilities and Testing Department operations.

  • Documentation Accuracy: Compare and understand differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects to ensure precise data capture.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, AND three (3) years of related experience; OR
  • Any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience that demonstrates the required competencies.

Technical Skills:



  • Basic knowledge of proper office procedures and administrative best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet organization.

  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and verification.

  • Familiarity with computer database entry and file management systems.

Competencies and Abilities:



  • Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.

  • Capacity to follow written and oral directions, plans, and blueprints accurately.

  • Ability to recognize and report safety hazards in both office and warehouse environments.

  • Understanding of inventory processes and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Capability to work effectively in both office and warehouse settings.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Effective communication skills for responding to information requests.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a strong advantage:



  • Two (2) years of college courses in a related field, PLUS four (4) years of related experience (total of six years).

  • Familiarity with MAXIMO asset management software.

  • Proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Understanding of government property processes and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Receiving and inspection experience in a warehouse or facilities environment.

  • Previous experience in property management or equipment tracking roles.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining direct communication with our Facilities and Testing Department team. You will need a reliable computer setup, stable internet connection, and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.

Occasional on-site presence may be required for training, equipment pickup, or specific operational needs. You should be prepared to work effectively in both traditional office settings and warehouse environments when necessary.
