Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional operational and technology
initiatives from initiation through completion. This role owns the project plan, timeline, and
outcomes, with a primary focus on the organization’s Athena Health (athenaOne) EHR migration
across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle functions. The role operates with a high level of
autonomy, drives accountability across internal teams and vendors, and plays a key role in change
management, workforce communications, and readiness planning to ensure successful project
delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Direct experience managing EHR implementations or migrations (required)
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
