About the Role:

A fast-paced, innovation-driven organization is seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to support the execution, coordination, and scaling of innovation and technology initiatives across the business.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the Innovation & Technology team, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to implementation. The position will oversee sprint management, project coordination, stakeholder communication, training operations, adoption initiatives, and performance reporting while supporting cross-functional teams throughout the innovation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong project management experience in dynamic environments. They should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights, and driving operational excellence across evolving projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

Project & Sprint Management

Coordinate and manage sprint cycles from planning through execution and retrospective reviews

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog reviews, and project tracking activities

Manage project intake processes and prioritize work based on business needs, capacity, and dependencies

Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively identify potential risks or blockers

Maintain visibility across multiple innovation initiatives and workstreams

Stakeholder Coordination & Feedback Management

Coordinate testing, pilot programs, and internal feedback initiatives across departments

Gather, organize, and prioritize stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement

Communicate project updates, timelines, and rollout plans to cross-functional teams

Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ensure alignment and transparency throughout project execution

Learning Management & Adoption Support

Manage learning platform operations, including course setup, enrollments, scheduling, and reporting

Coordinate training programs and enablement initiatives for internal teams

Support adoption and engagement efforts for new tools, systems, and workflows

Monitor training participation and completion metrics

Assist with ongoing education and change management initiatives

Reporting, Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track innovation program usage, adoption, and performance metrics

Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems

Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate operational efficiency and business impact

Assist in measuring time savings, productivity improvements, and return on investment

Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership review

Process Improvement & Innovation Operations

Support the development and optimization of innovation workflows and operational processes

Help establish scalable systems and frameworks for project execution

Document processes, best practices, and operational standards

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the innovation function

Assist with special projects and emerging innovation initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

Must-Have

4+ years of project management, program management, or operations experience

Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project workflows

Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Linear, Workfront, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience building reports, dashboards, or operational scorecards

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience in agency, technology, innovation, or high-growth business environments

Experience supporting learning management systems (LMS) and training operations

Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology platforms

Experience measuring operational performance, adoption metrics, or business impact

Exposure to change management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives

Experience working with innovation, product, or technology teams

Working Environment:

Fully remote role

Part-time position initially with expected growth into a full-time role over time
