Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery against defined objectives

Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management

Assembles and guides cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Monitors project performance and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changes

Manages stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field required

Minimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Required Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURAL

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment

Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail

Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
