Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects. This role is critical in keeping projects on schedule, ensuring clear and professional communication, and providing a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met
Track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies; proactively identify and communicate risks
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring timely and professional updates
Communicate clearly and confidently with American & Canadian customers, including those with limited technical knowledge
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-up action items
Support Project Managers with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Ensure accurate and consistent communication between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Update and manage projects in project management tool: Cloud Coach
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or customer-facing role
Communication & Professional Skills (Required):
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable)
Strong English language proficiency with clear, professional communication for American & Canadian customers
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting projects in a professional services, IT, or software environment
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Cloud Coach, Team Support and Dev Ops)
Understanding of basic project management concepts and terminology
Additional Information:
This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Prior experience working directly with American & Canadian customers is strongly preferred
Working hours 8am Central Time Zone to 5pm Central Time Zone
