- Job Description:
- Manage the subcontract process for all major projects in the Southeast Region
- Draft and issue subcontract agreements and non-disclosure agreements
- Review and file required subcontractor documentation
- Provide subcontractors with all required contract documentation
- Manage subcontract negotiations in coordination with Legal
- Prepare and issue subcontract change orders
- Support resolution of subcontract and contract-related issues during project execution
- Verify subcontractor compliance and track completion status
- Support onsite project teams with cost tracking and financial reporting
- Assist with validation and consolidation of project cost information
- Requirements:
- Early-career professional seeking exposure to large scale, multi-project construction programs
- Strong understanding of subcontract management processes
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and compliance
- Familiarity with project controls tools and templates
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to track compliance and maintain documentation effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
