- Scale recruiting and training initiatives to address critical pipe and electrical trade gaps through project-aligned upskilling programs
- Serve as the consolidated point of contact connecting cross-functional teams, general contractors, and trade schools to align industry requirements
- Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program or project management
- 8 years of experience managing construction-related programs or workforce development initiatives
- Experience setting up or managing vocational training or apprenticeship programs
- Functional knowledge of Google Workspace tools
