<li>Keep program quality high by communicating clearly, visiting classrooms, sharing updates, and using evaluation tools </li>
<li>Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner community </li>
<li>Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back</li>
<li>Manage the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)</li>
<li>Host in‑person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited</li>
<li>Keep our database organized and up‑to‑date </li>
<li>Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports</li>
