Boston Children's Hospital is dedicated to detecting, predicting, and preventing seizures in children. The Program Coordinator I will coordinate activities and functions of the Loddenkemper Lab program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program
  • May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors
  • Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed
  • May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies
  • May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program
  • May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts
  • Drafts written communication and promotional literature
  • May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications
  • Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives

Skills

  • Associate's or equivalent experience is required
  • 1 year of relevant experience is required
