    Job Description:
  • Run and support Professional Services operational processes within Salesforce (SFDC), Wrike and other information systems.
  • Track the SFDC opportunity-to-project creation process, including project opening, updates, and related operational data to ensure synchronization between systems.
  • Maintain and supervise system notifications and workflow triggers, ensuring accurate tracking and timely operational visibility.
  • Perform data cleansing and data quality management to maintain accurate and reliable operational data available for all NVIS team and upper management.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into Professional Services operations and project status.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements, workflow automation, and operational efficiency advancements.
  • Support and take part in AI-driven operational initiatives, including AI for Ops NALA, helping to improve workflows and operational insights.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts and HQ teams to align systems, data structures, and operational workflows across opportunities and projects.
  • Support the Professional Services Ops and Engagement teams with information system updates, data tracking, and operational reporting.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operational or logistics coordination and workflows
  • Shown experience in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities in a technology company
  • Experience working with information systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Wrike, or similar CRM and project management tools
  • Experience handling and presenting system workflows, data tracking, and operational processes
  • Background with data management, data cleansing, reporting, dashboards, or operational analytics
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities who is a fast learner, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work early AM or late PM to support global teams when required.
