Fidelity International has been helping Canadian investors build better financial futures for over 35 years. As a Product Support Specialist, you will work closely with Investment Analysts to enhance communications for Portfolio Managers and ensure the accuracy of investment insights.


Responsibilities

  • Building, updating and enhancing presentations and communications for Portfolio Managers and senior leadership, ensuring clarity of narrative and accuracy of investment insights
  • Performing data quality reviews and maintaining fund updates, including MRFPs (management reports of fund performance), QFRs (quarterly fund reviews), and materials for the sales team - ensuring content messaging aligns with strategy and performance drivers
  • Identifying and implementing solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness through process simplification and automation
  • Partnering with Investment Analysts to support the production of fund update materials - contributing perspective and verifying the consistency of fund narratives
  • Supporting Product Directors on ad-hoc product information requests and targeted data analysis
  • Acting as the primary product content manager, coordinating and submitting required material in a timely fashion for marketing and compliance review and approval process
  • Overseeing regulatory reviews through data analytics for the Product Research Team, including Fund risk, category analysis and Fund Fact data reviews

Skills

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of financial services experience, preferably with investment product experience
  • Strong interest in developing product expertise and understanding how investment strategies translate into client outcomes
  • Understanding and demonstrating curiosity for investing
  • Proven ability to be analyzed, condense and communicate around large sets of data
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Suite, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism (French/English), both verbal and written, is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of VBA and Python is an asset
