    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver compelling one-on-one product demonstrations to individual users and solo practitioners
  • Teach users how to utilize specific features of the GC AI tool for their legal practices
  • Collaborate with solo subscribers to design tailored AI solutions for their workflows
  • Manage the technical onboarding and setup for new users to ensure a smooth transition
  • Serve as the primary contact for individual subscribers, providing support and addressing their queries
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of experience practicing law
  • Proven background in designing or delivering training programs or workshops
  • Strong technical curiosity and a passion for experimenting with new software and AI tools
  • Demonstrated customer success mindset with experience in building professional relationships
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience as a solo practitioner or in a small firm environment
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and legal accuracy in AI tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a high volume of individual subscribers independently
