Product Manager (Partnership)

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle for the Partnership domain: from strategy and roadmap optimization to feature rollout and iteration

Conduct regular CustDev sessions with key regional partners globally to understand their operational bottlenecks and needs

Write detailed PRDs to refine complex backend logic (e.g., optimizing how a multi-tier rebate is calculated when a trade is partially closed)

Collaborate with the Business Development/Partnership team to deliver product enhancements that help them pitch and onboard large affiliate networks

Continuously optimize the partner onboarding flow, reducing friction for new IBs to start operating and referring traffic

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in developing and optimizing B2B/B2B2C products, Affiliate Platforms, IB Portals, or AdTech solutions

Deep understanding of partnership reward models (CPA, Revenue Share, Rebates, CPL) and multi-level commission structures typical for financial services

Strong technical grasp of marketing tracking systems: cookies, attribution models, Server-to-Server (S2S) postbacks, API integrations, and tracking links

Experience in improving or managing complex billing, financial calculation, or payout engines

Excellent data analytics skills to measure product usage and optimize the partner experience

B2B Empathy: Deep understanding of a partner's mindset. You know that for an IB, your product is their core business infrastructure

Commercial Acumen: Ability to align product improvements with the business goals of both the company and the partners to maximize mutual revenue

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work tightly with Business Development (Sales), Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams

Problem-Solving under Pressure: Affiliate tracking and payouts involve high stakes; you must be able to resolve critical edge cases calmly and structurally

Will be a plus

Direct experience working with IB programs in the CFD, Forex, or Crypto exchange industries

Experience scaling custom-built, in-house partnership ecosystems and tracking solutions from the ground up

Understanding of global regulatory and compliance nuances regarding partner payouts and affiliate marketing in the financial sector
