The Role
As a Product Manager III – Retail Store Operations you will own and drive Everseen’s expansion beyond checkout into broader in-store operations and loss prevention. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and solving loss and operational inefficiencies across the entire store environment.
You will define how Vision AI and data can be applied to detect, understand, and act on loss events and operational gaps in real time. This includes designing solutions that address challenges such as shelf loss, inventory discrepancies, in-store behaviors, and broader store execution.
This is both a strategic and execution-focused role. You will shape the long-term vision for store-wide intelligence while also driving delivery of high-impact capabilities that can be deployed at scale across global retailers.
Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, you will work closely with AI/ML, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams, as well as directly with customers, to ensure solutions are grounded in real-world store operations.
This is an opportunity to define how Everseen evolves from point solutions into a comprehensive store intelligence platform, driving measurable reduction in loss, improved operational efficiency, and better in-store experiences.
