    Job Description:
  • Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for talent management systems
  • Deeply understand the needs of HR stakeholders, people leaders, and employees
  • Translate complex business problems and talent strategies into user-focused product experiences
  • Prioritize competing demands from stakeholders using a strategic framework
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and satisfaction using data
  • Stay current on market trends in HR tech
  • Lead product discussions with senior HR, engineering and business leaders
  • Validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions
  • Explore advanced AI and large language concepts in Talent Technology
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of product management and/or data architecture experience
  • Strong track record in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology
  • Deep appreciation for the complexity and nuance of the talent domain
  • Knowledge of Talent Data systems
  • Experience developing analytical systems around talent data lakes
  • Experience with GenAI and working with core engineering teams
  • Ability to operate strategically, envisioning scalable solutions
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a decentralized, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
