Product Manager (8+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and customer engagement for AI-powered healthcare products. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with customers, operators, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive product outcomes.

You'll play a key role in shaping product direction, establishing product processes, and ensuring customer feedback translates into impactful product improvements.

What You'll Do
• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Partner closely with engineering teams on scoping, prioritization, and execution.
• Drive product rollouts, onboarding programs, and adoption initiatives.
• Establish feedback loops between customers, operations, and product teams.
• Monitor product performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

You're a Great Fit If You
• Have 8+ years of product management experience.
• Have owned products or major product areas end-to-end.
• Possess strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Have experience writing clear PRDs, requirements, and product documentation.
• Can effectively balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
• Demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Have sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.

Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, RCM, or Vertical SaaS products.
• Experience working at early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Exposure to AI, LLM-powered products, or agentic workflows.
• Experience managing complex operational or workflow-driven products.
• Background working closely with customer success, operations, or implementation teams.
