About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support our product team in delivering high-quality solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, implementation, and customer success—to ensure smooth product operations and execution.

You will gain hands-on experience in product development, user research, and project coordination, while contributing directly to improving product features and customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in product management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Assist the Product Manager in managing day-to-day product development activities
• Create and maintain product updates, timelines, and workflow documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation

Project Coordination

• Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
• Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and issue resolution

Product Execution & Research

• Analyze customer behavior and product data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support product operations alongside engineering and customer success teams
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and readiness before release

Qualifications

• Preferably a recent graduate or final-year student
• Able to commit dedicated time to the internship
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
