Europ Assistance Canada is part of Generali Group and is seeking a Product Associate to support the Canadian travel insurance product portfolio. This role focuses on product documentation, standardization, compliance, and performance support while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of product terms and conditions, summaries, and related documentation
- Assist in the preparation and upkeep of product summaries and disclosures, including Quebec‑specific requirements
- Maintain accurate version control and structured product documentation (including XML, HTML, YAML or similar formats)
- Support product standardization efforts and ensure product materials reflect applicable standards and guidance set by Central / Head Office
- Identify inconsistencies across product wordings or materials and escalate issues for resolution
- Support governance approval processes by preparing change documentation and reference materials
- Support product implementation activities in coordination with IT, onboarding, and operations teams
- Assist with testing, validation, and launch readiness for new or amended products
- Support the development of client‑facing product materials used to explain and manage partner portfolios
- Compile and summarize basic product performance metrics, claims feedback, denial themes, and customer issues
- Support comparative and market analysis under the direction of senior product team members
Skills
- University degree preferred in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, economics, law, communication, or a related field)
- Up to 3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, product, operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Comfort working with structured documentation formats
- Quantitative aptitude and ability to work with data and metrics
- Fluency in English
