As a PRN Nurse at BlueDot Cares, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

    Client Assessment and Care Planning
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' healthcare needs, collaborating with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
  • Create and update care plans based on the evolving needs of clients
  • Perform 90 day followups on all active clients
    Caregiver Orientation and Competency Evaluation
  • Participate in new caregiver orientation
  • Help evaluate caregiver competencies
    Monitoring and Observation
  • Monitor clients' health status, recognizing any changes and promptly reporting concerns to the healthcare team
  • Provide ongoing observation to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment
    Education and Support
  • Educate clients and their families on health management, preventive care, and self-care techniques
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and families facing health challenges
    Communication
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members
  • Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner
    Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance overall care quality
    Requirements
  • Current and valid nursing license in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on home care or a related healthcare setting. Home care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
