Key Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to policyholders. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Complex Issue Resolution: Utilize your excellent decision-making skills and innovative thinking to resolve complex consumer issues that require specialized attention. You will serve as a resource for first-level representatives, advising them on high-level concerns and ensuring consistent, quality resolutions.
- Billing Support: Assist policyholders with their billing questions and concerns, providing clear explanations and guidance to ensure their financial matters are handled professionally and accurately.
- Policy Modifications: Support policyholders with any policy changes they request, including adjustments to coverage, beneficiary updates, and other modifications. You will recommend appropriate solutions based on individual customer needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for policyholders by understanding their unique situations and providing personalized recommendations that address their specific needs.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to company and departmental guidelines while navigating complex customer situations, ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Education: High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service role
- Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating environments
- Problem-Solving: Strong logical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Organization: Excellent work prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Call Center Experience: 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required
