Essential Qualifications
- Minimum Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with desktop computer systems and Windows operating environments
- Communication: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy
