Practice Development & Patient Care Coordinator

I run a growing concierge telehealth practice focusing on addiction medicine, behavioral health, and primary care and I'm looking for a motivated, people-oriented coordinator to join the team.

This is a unique role that combines patient care support with real business development responsibilities. Work is almost entirely remote and can be done from home. If you're a natural communicator who loves being on your phone, is great with people, and wants to actually build something - this might be right for you.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing patient communications via text and email, 7 days a week
• Sending invoices and following up on payments
• Maintaining patient follow-up spreadsheets
• Outreach to treatment facilities and referral sources
• Brainstorming and executing growth strategies
• Setting boundaries professionally with a sensitive patient population

What I'm looking for:
• Excellent communicator - especially via text
• Comfortable working with behavioral health and addiction populations
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Someone who wants to grow the practice
• Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or a similar role preferred

Compensation:
• 10% of gross revenue, currently averaging $1,000/month with significant upside as the practice grows. This is a real opportunity to earn more by helping build something.
