NJM Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Care Associate I to provide essential support to customers and internal personnel. This role is responsible for resolving billing, invoice, and payment-related inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy, while also processing account transactions and handling commercial lines accounts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Lines customers and internal staff with billing and payment inquiries
- Reviews reports and customer inquiries; make account adjustments and coordinate with commercial lines underwriting and sales teams
- Analyze and validate credit statuses on accounts
- Process returned and incoming payments on delinquent policies, issues related transactions and correspondence
Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- High-level relationship management skills
- Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
- Entry Level
- Associate degree or higher in business, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or handling escalated issues
