<strong>Job Summary</strong><br> We are seeking a Physician Assistant to provide mobile, evidence-based wound care services. This role focuses on assessing, treating, and managing wounds while ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance, and strong care coordination.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div>
<ul>
<li> Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans </li>
<li> Provide weekly patient visits (or as clinically indicated) </li>
<li> Prescribe treatments and manage wound-related orders within scope </li>
<li> Document all patient care accurately and timely (same-day) </li>
<li> Coordinate care with agencies, physicians, and internal teams </li>
<li> Escalate care when clinically appropriate </li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>

<li> Active NP or PA license (unrestricted) </li>
<li> Strong clinical judgment and communication skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively </li>
<li> Willingness to travel locally to patient homes/facilities </li>

<strong>Schedule & Travel<br></strong><br>
</div>
<ul>
<li> Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM </li>
<li> Part-Time / Per Diem: Flexible based on patient volume </li>
<li> Travel required (up to ~55 miles) </li>
<li> No on-call required </li>
