1. Executive Communication & Calendar Management

Manage the COOs inbox and calendar by prioritizing communications, drafting personalized emails, coordinating with stakeholders, and scheduling meetings to ensure efficient time management.

2. Sales Pipeline & Salesforce Management

Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, leads, vendor details, and follow-up tasks are accurately tracked and up to date.

3. Lead & Trade Show Follow-up Management

Handle post-event and inbound leads by initiating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, maintaining communication, and documenting Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for effective tracking.

4. Task Coordination & Operational Support

Create, assign, and monitor tasks within Salesforce while coordinating daily with the COO to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.

5. Social Media & Personal Lead Management

Support the COO’s professional social media presence and independently manage personal leads, ensuring timely engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.
