We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-enabled Performance Marketing Consultant to take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising ecosystem and drive measurable revenue growth, improved ROAS, and stronger customer acquisition.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional agency management role.

We are looking for a hands-on growth operator who can rapidly audit, optimize, and scale our Meta and Google Ads accounts while leveraging AI tools to uncover opportunities, improve campaign performance, and generate meaningful business results.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate measurable improvements within the first 3–4 weeks of engagement.

Conduct a complete audit of existing Meta campaigns

Analyze campaign structure, audiences, creatives, and attribution

Identify inefficiencies and wasted spend

Optimize campaign architecture

Build and scale winning audiences

Develop advanced retargeting strategies

Improve customer acquisition efficiency

Launch and manage A/B tests

Monitor and improve campaign performance daily

Google Ads Management

Conduct a comprehensive audit of all Google Ads campaigns

Build and maintain robust negative keyword lists

AI-Powered Account Optimization

The successful candidate must have significant experience using AI to improve advertising performance.
