About the Role


Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who understands that ads performance is not just operating Meta Ads Manager.


Youll own end-to-end ad outcomes for:



  • Xoopah
    (our in-house SaaS product), and

  • Client accounts (US-based small service businesses, mostly lead gen & sales)


This role requires deep experience (2+ years) across strategy, creatives, execution, optimization, and iteration.


What Youll Own (End-to-End)


You will be responsible for the final goal, not just reports.


This includes:



  • Researching the industry, audience, and competitors

  • Defining a clear ad strategy & funnel

  • Translating strategy into:


    • Messaging angles

    • Creative direction

    • Content & ad formats


  • Working with designers & animators, and using AI models where needed, to produce high-performing creatives

  • Launching and managing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns

  • Reviewing landing pages and sharing conversion-focused feedback

  • Continuously testing creatives, hooks, offers, and audiences.Core Responsibilities


    • Run lead generation & sales campaigns for US-based service businesses

    • Build full-funnel strategies (cold warm retargeting)

    • Take ownership of:


      • CTR

      • CPL

      • ROAS / conversions (based on campaign goal)


    • Clearly communicate strategy, results, and next steps internally

    Second Priority (Nice to Have)


    • Run educational webinars

    • Create educational video content for social media

    • Help position Xoopah as a credible ads & performance brand

    Requirements (Must-Have)


    • 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta ads

    • Experience working with multiple brands or industries

    • Strong understanding of:


      • Ad creatives & hooks

      • Messaging frameworks

      • Funnel-based advertising


    • Ability to connect business goals to ad strategy

    • Comfortable taking full ownership of results

    • Experience collaborating with designers & creatives
