<div>We are seeking a <strong>Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.<br><br>
</div><div>This role provides flexible scheduling based on client volume and agency needs.<br> This is not a bedside hospital position.<br><br>

</div><div>• Per diem / as-needed basis<br> • Flexible scheduling<br> • Hours vary depending on client intake volume and regulatory needs<br> • Ideal for RNs seeking supplemental income or schedule flexibility<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><div>Client Intake & Assessments<br><br>
</div><div>• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)<br> • Evaluate client needs, risks, and service appropriateness<br> • Develop, review, and update individualized care plans<br><br>
</div><div>Compliance & Clinical Oversight<br><br>
</div><div>• Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations<br> • Support documentation standards and audit readiness<br> • Participate in surveys and quality improvement activities<br><br>
</div><div>Caregiver Competency & Training<br><br>
</div><div>• Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments<br> • Review and sign off on required documentation<br> • Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and CNAs<br><br>
</div><div>Clinical Support<br><br>
</div><div>• Provide phone guidance for urgent care questions<br> • Assist with changes in condition<br> • Document and escalate issues appropriately<br><br>
</div><div>Required Qualifications<br><br>
</div><div>• Active Minnesota RN license<br> • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience<br> • Strong assessment and documentation skills<br> • Ability to work independently<br> • Reliable transportation for local travel<br><br>
</div><div>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>
</div><div>• Home care or hospice experience<br> • Familiarity with Minnesota home care regulations<br> • Experience supervising caregivers<br><br>
