Week Day Schedule (When Available):

Monday through Friday (approx. 5-8 patients/day)*
Daily requirements & on call/weekend availability determined by local branch

Weekend Schedule Availability (When Available):

Friday through Sunday - 12 hour days (approx. 8-11 patients/day)

Thursday through Sunday 10 hour days (approx. 7-9 patients/day)

Friday through Monday 10 hour days (approx. 7-9 patients/day)

Compensation Information:

Base Visit Range: Starting at $37/Visit+ based on individual experience & skillset

Base Visit + Differential Compensation for Start of Care (Admission), Resumption of Care, Recertification, etc.

Data/Device Stipend plus plan discount for many providers (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, etc.) for eligible Full Time employees

Mileage Reimbursement for Eligible Employees

Quarterly incentives/bonus plans for Full Time employees
