Responsibilities
- Receive and process the incoming mail
- Redirect mail to appropriate receiver
- Intake of incoming garnishment orders
- Handles People Care inquiries as assigned
- Provides analytics to our People Care Cases to leadership
- Assists Payroll Operations Team as needed
Skills
- Associates Degree
- Typically 0-3 years experience
- Basic analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication skills
